1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "zx999," "we," "us," or "the Company" refers to the entity operating the zx999 platform available at zx999.bio and all associated subdomains and applications.
• "Player," "you," or "the User" refers to any individual who has registered, or is in the process of registering, an account on the zx999 platform.
• "Platform" means the zx999 website, any associated mobile application, and all gaming, betting, and account management services offered therein.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the zx999 Platform, including the associated PKR wallet balance.
• "Bonus" or "Promotion" means any promotional credit, free spins, cashback, reload offer, or any other incentive made available by zx999 to Players from time to time.
• "Gaming Activities" means any casino game, live dealer game, sports bet, slot spin, virtual game, or any other activity offered through the zx999 Platform.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" means the deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion features available to Players within their zx999 account settings.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and age verification process conducted by zx999 using CNIC and other documentation to confirm a Player's identity, age, and residence in compliance with our licensing obligations.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the zx999 Platform, creating an Account, or participating in any Gaming Activity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the zx999 Platform and, if applicable, request the closure of your Account by contacting our support team at [email protected].

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and zx999. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendments to these Terms, as communicated by zx999, shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an Account on zx999, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This requirement is strictly enforced and non-negotiable. zx999 will request CNIC documentation during the KYC process to verify age.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party. Third-party account creation or betting by proxy is expressly prohibited.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement currently in force with zx999 or any other gaming operator.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration. Any false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of balances.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a current employee of zx999 or any of its software, payment, or gaming suppliers.

Registration on zx999 is limited to one Account per individual person. Creating multiple accounts — regardless of the email address, device, or payment method used — is a breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being suspended.

4. Account Management

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their zx999 Account login credentials, including their username and password. zx999 shall not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to a Player's Account due to the Player's failure to keep their credentials secure.

You must notify zx999 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your Account. Contact our support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. zx999 may take steps to temporarily suspend an Account while an investigation is conducted.

• Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting zx999 customer support. Any outstanding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.
• zx999 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any Account at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or a risk to the integrity of the Platform.
• Account balances verified as belonging to a legitimate Player will be returned to the Player upon Account closure via the Player's registered withdrawal method, subject to applicable KYC completion.
• Players are responsible for declaring any gaming winnings to relevant tax authorities in their jurisdiction. zx999 does not provide tax advice and accepts no responsibility for any tax obligations arising from winnings.

5. Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

All financial transactions on the zx999 Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). zx999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following approved payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank, Raast, and 1LINK.

The following terms govern all financial transactions on zx999:

• Minimum deposit: Rs 100 for JazzCash and EasyPaisa. Rs 500 for bank transfer methods. These minimums are subject to change with notice to Players.
• Deposit processing: JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are credited to your zx999 Account within 60 seconds of successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take 15–30 minutes during business hours.
• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500 across all withdrawal channels. Players must have completed all KYC verification steps before a withdrawal request can be processed.
• Withdrawal processing time: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically completed within 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or system maintenance.
• Withdrawal verification: zx999 may request additional documentation to verify the source of funds, particularly for large or unusual withdrawal requests. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in delays or refusal of withdrawal.
• Chargeback prohibition: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or payment provider in respect of a deposit made to your zx999 Account is a breach of these Terms. zx999 will pursue recovery of any funds subject to fraudulent chargebacks and may report such activity to relevant authorities.

6. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

zx999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, plus any specific conditions stated within the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are credited to the Player's Account in the form of bonus balance, which is distinct from real-money balance. Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met.
• Wagering requirement means the total amount a Player must wager using the bonus (and in some cases the deposit amount) before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The specific multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotion's individual terms.
• Contribution rates toward wagering requirements vary by game type. Live casino games typically contribute 15–25% per Rs wagered. Slot games typically contribute 100% unless otherwise specified. Sports bets may have varying contribution rates depending on the odds of the selection.
• zx999 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already claimed an active bonus will be permitted to complete the wagering requirement under the terms in force at the time of claim.
• Only one bonus may be active per Player Account at any given time, unless zx999 explicitly states otherwise in the promotion terms. Attempting to claim multiple concurrent bonuses is a breach of these Terms.
• Bonuses are personal to the registered Player and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person. Evidence of bonus abuse — including creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses — will result in Account suspension and forfeiture of all associated winnings.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

The use of zx999's Gaming Activities is subject to the following rules, which apply across the Platform unless specific game rules published on the Platform provide otherwise:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the zx999 system. Players should verify all bet details — selection, stake, odds — before confirming a wager. zx999 cannot reverse confirmed bets at a Player's request.
• In the event of a system error, malfunction, or disconnection during a game or bet, zx999 will endeavour to reconstruct the state of play using server-side records. The decision of zx999 in such matters is final, subject to any right of escalation to our licensing body.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and sports markets. These limits are displayed within each game or market and may differ between regular and live games, and between Player accounts at different VIP tiers.
• For sports betting: in the event a match or event is abandoned, postponed, or results are voided by the relevant governing body, bets will be settled in accordance with zx999's sport-specific settlement rules published on the Platform.
• zx999 uses internationally certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live games. Live dealer games are conducted using physical equipment filmed from multiple angles. zx999 does not manipulate game outcomes.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the zx999 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and — in cases involving fraud or criminal activity — reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Underage gambling: Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age, or assisting any person under 21 in accessing the Platform.
• Multiple accounts: Creating or operating more than one Account on zx999, regardless of the email, device, or payment method used.
• Fraudulent deposits: Funding your Account using stolen payment credentials, fraudulent bank transfers, or any form of payment fraud.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play, including structuring bets to minimise risk while satisfying wagering requirements (known as "bonus hedging").
• Use of automated software: Deploying bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to interact with the zx999 Platform in place of genuine human play.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in poker games, tournaments, or any competitive gaming activity on the Platform.
• Money laundering: Using the zx999 Platform to deposit, layer, or withdraw funds derived from criminal activity. zx999 is required under its licensing obligations to report suspicious financial activity to the relevant authorities.

9. Responsible Gaming

zx999 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We recognise that for a small proportion of users, gambling can become a problem, and we take our duty of care to all Players very seriously.

All Players have access to the following Responsible Gaming Tools within their Account settings at no charge:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you may deposit into your zx999 Account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss limits: Set a cap on the maximum net loss you may sustain within a defined period. When your loss limit is reached, further Gaming Activities are temporarily suspended until the period resets.
• Session time limits: Set a maximum duration for individual gaming sessions. You will receive a notification when your session time limit is approaching and another when it is reached.
• Cooling-off period: Request a temporary break from your Account, ranging from 24 hours to six months. During a cooling-off period, you will be unable to deposit or place bets.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the zx999 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and remain in effect for a minimum of six months, up to a lifetime exclusion where requested.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

zx999's collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions and should be read in conjunction with them.

By registering an Account on zx999, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This includes, but is not limited to, the use of your data for KYC verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and direct marketing communications where you have provided separate consent for such communications.

zx999 will never sell your personal data to third parties. Data shared with third-party service providers (such as payment processors, KYC verification services, and gaming studios) is shared solely for the purpose of delivering the zx999 service and is subject to confidentiality obligations. 11. Intellectual Property

All content on the zx999 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software code, trade marks, and audio-visual elements — is the intellectual property of zx999 or its licensed content suppliers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the zx999 Platform solely for personal recreational purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of zx999.

The zx999 name, logo, and associated trade marks may not be used in connection with any product or service without the express written permission of zx999. Unauthorised use of zx999 intellectual property may give rise to claims for damages and/or injunctive relief.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zx999, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable to any Player for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the zx999 Platform.
• Any loss of winnings, data, goodwill, or reputation arising in connection with the Platform, even if zx999 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Interruptions, delays, errors, or omissions in the Platform's availability caused by technical failures, internet connectivity issues, third-party payment system outages, or any circumstances beyond the reasonable control of zx999.
• Any inaccuracies in live sports data, odds, or market information arising from errors by third-party data providers, where zx999 has relied on such data in good faith.

In all cases where zx999's liability to a Player is found to exist, the maximum aggregate liability of zx999 to that Player shall be limited to the total value of that Player's Account balance at the time the relevant claim arose.

13. Amendments to These Terms

zx999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes by publishing an updated version of these Terms on the Platform, displaying a notification within your Account dashboard, and/or sending a notification to your registered email address.

Your continued use of the zx999 Platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request Account closure via [email protected].

It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for changes. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under zx999's international gaming license jurisdiction. In the event of any conflict between applicable local laws and the laws of the licensing jurisdiction, the licensing jurisdiction's laws shall prevail to the extent permitted.

In the event of a dispute between you and zx999, you should first contact our customer support team at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. zx999 will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 10 business days of receiving a formal written complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism established by zx999's licensing authority. The decision of the relevant licensing authority on any referred dispute shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the applicable laws of your jurisdiction which cannot be excluded by agreement.
